Prof. Musaad Al Mosaind

Expert consultant in the fields of land use, transportation, strategic planning, and urban development, with more than 35 years of experience. He has held several leadership positions, including The Mayor of Ad-Diriyah, Vice Rector for Projects at King Saud University, Vice Rector for Facilities and Operations at Princess Nourah University, and member of the Regional Planning Advisory Council at the High Commission for Asir Region.
He holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Urban Studies from Portland State University, a Master’s degree in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from King Saud University.
Prof. Faisal Al Mubarak

Urban and Strategic Planning Consultant with more than 40 years of experience. His work focuses on the role of political economy in shaping contemporary urban planning decisions and policies. He has held several prominent positions, including Deputy Mayor of Riyadh Municipality, Associate Vice President at the Saudi Commission for Tourism, and Academic Director at Al faisal University.
He is also a member of national boards such as Misk Foundation and King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah and Madinah Holy Sites Council, and chairs the Advisory Council of the High Commission for Asir Region.
